Question: If you could add one person (dead or alive) to your team, who would it be and why?

I wish I could add Steve Jobs to the team, he‘d be such a perfect fit.
Tease:
There are many reasons to want to add such an incredible individual to your company, but I’m most interested in one thing.
His relentless pursuit of product perfection
Obsessing over every detail: the materials, the interface, the user’s emotional response.
That level of taste and conviction is quite literally one of a kind. Not to mention contagious.
Value:
Having someone like Jobs in the room would force everyone to raise their standards, tighten their thinking, and defend their decisions with real clarity.
He would challenge the team to sweat the details most people overlook.
He’d kill off “good enough” thinking in favor of something people actually want.
Even if it was uncomfortable at times, the product and the team would be undeniably better for it.
