Your daily LinkedIn post idea, by The Content Lab

Question: What’s one KPI that you monitor religiously, and why?

Below is a rough example of what a post could look like for this prompt. Feel free to edit it to reflect your own experience.

Post Template:

Hook:

The only KPI I care about is daily active users.

Truth is, if people aren’t using our platform every day, then nothing else really matters.

Tease:

The way I see it is that if someone isn’t using the product regularly, they’re not getting enough value.

And if they’re not getting value, what’s stopping them from churning?

Value:

Daily active usage is essentially a litmus test of whether we’re solving a true pain point or just offering another dumb tool.

It forces us to stay honest.

Are users actually building a habit around this?

Do they rely on it, or are they just being polite during demo calls?

CTA:
If you’re building a product, what’s the one KPI you track like your life depends on it? I’d love to hear how others approach this.
