Question: What’s a recent small win you’re proud of?

Earlier this week, a client sent us a message that made me smile.

Tease:
He had messaged us on Slack at around 11:45 PM with a question, and my account manager responded within 3 minutes.

A few minutes later, he replied with, "Damn, y’all are quick. Don’t you guys ever watch Netflix lol?"

Value:

His comment made me laugh and really stuck with me.

I joked back that we love him more than Netflix, because we actually do.

That moment reminded me more than anything that as long as we consistently put our customers’ needs first, we will win.

No doubt in my mind.
