Question: How to write a launch p?

Hook:
After 8 months building Cravd, we decided to take it in a new direction.
Why a Cactus, though? Because a cactus survives where others cannot. In silence. In pressure. In scorching heat. A cactus has all the intangibles a founder needs to survive. To grow.
Tease:
Cravd launched in June 2024 as a marketplace to help chefs get more customers. But through building the product we originally envisioned, we realized matching wasn’t the real problem. It was the admin work.
50 Calls and WhatsApp DMs. Missed follow-ups. Unpaid invoices. Being a personal chef was a logistical nightmare, and they weren’t the only ones with this struggle.
We saw the same pattern across many small and mid-sized service businesses. From personal trainers to dieticians, the challenges were nearly identical.
Value:
That insight became the core thesis behind our application to YC Spring 2025 batch - and they backed it!!!!
Being surrounded by fellow founders and incredible mentors has strengthened our belief in our new mission. If there’s one thing I’ve learned as a founder, it’s that when the market screams at you to pivot, you pivot hard. No matter how much you’ve already put in.
So, without further ado, Avinash and I would like to introduce you all to Cactus (YC X25): an AI copilot for small business owners to automate admin work. Think Jarvis for Ironman!
CTA:
We want to empower small business owners and solo entrepreneurs to succeed.
