Question: How to make the most of a case study?
Below is a rough example of what a post could look like for this prompt. Feel free to edit it to reflect your own experience.
Post Template:
Hook:
We’ve just completed a case study project for a client in the B2B Accounting niche, and he asked a great follow up question:
"Now that I’ve got this beautiful case study… how can I actually make the most of it?”
Tease:
(For context we deliver 4 components for each case study.)
Here’s how to actually use it, across every touchpoint of your marketing, sales, and brand strategy:
Value:
From the One-Pager:
1/ Attach it in your post-demo follow-ups as sales ammo.
2/ Send it to warm prospects to start a conversation.
3/ Embed it in your website's “Proof” or “Why Us” section.
4/ Use it as a downloadable lead magnet with a CTA.
5/ Print it for trade shows or events (still underrated).
From the Long-Form Narrative:
1/ Use it to boost your SEO with problem-specific keywords.
2/ Send it in email marketing flows to nurture leads.
3/ Reuse sections in investor updates or internal comms.
4/ Publish it on your blog to anchor your trust content.
5/ Repurpose it into a newsletter edition about your product impact.
From the LinkedIn Post Set:
1/ Share it on your founder’s account (not just company page!)
2/ Break it into quote cards or carousels and drip them across the quarter.
3/ Pin the most powerful one to your company’s LinkedIn page.
4/ Get your sales team to post it with their own commentary.
5/ Turn one client quote into a viral, standalone insight post.
From the Slide Deck:
1/ Use it as a visual walkthrough on sales calls to drive the point home.
2/ Hand it to your AEs and SDRs as a quickfire proof deck.
3/ Drop key slides into investor updates to show traction.
Never, ever post a case study once and hope it magically amplifies your presence. Use it, move it, repurpose it. Make sure you squeeze every drop of value out of it.

P.S. If you’re new here, I’m Meri, Director of Facto. We write story-driven case studies for B2B Enterprise and Agency teams.
If you're sitting on client wins but too swamped to document them, we’ll chase the story, run the interview, and turn the results into your silent sales weapons. If this resonates, my DMs are open.
