Your daily LinkedIn post idea, by The Content Lab
Question: N/A
Below is a rough example of what a post could look like for this prompt. Feel free to edit it to reflect your own experience.
Post Template:
Hook:
@Stacy Edgar, you’re one of the most impressive founders I’ve come across. No debate there.
That said, I’d (humbly) like to suggest a few content ideas where you can possibly level up your LinkedIn presence and become one of the most trusted and talked-about voices in healthcare.
Tease:
The foundation is already there. Now we just need to make it spicier and more tactical.
Here’s how I’d approach it:
Value:
1/ Be more personal.
There’s so much more room for emotion and vulnerability. I want to hear about your entrepreneurial roots.
What made you leave a successful career to start Venteur?
Was this always the plan or did you just see a problem no one else was solving? T
alk about what it’s like to lead a team in a high-stakes space. The tradeoffs. The inflection points. The moments that changed you.
Question Suggestions worth turning into:
What gave you the spark to start Venteur?
What personal failure shaped you into who you are today?
What’s one assumption people make about you that’s dead wrong?
2/ Share more proof.
We’re not getting enough of the actual work. Bring in the customer wins, the Venteur edge, the stuff you’re doing differently behind the scenes. The industry is full of fluff, which means you could stand out easily by consistently showing receipts.
A few questions you could turn into posts:
What client win proves the model works?
What’s a common practice in your space you completely disagree with?
What’s something a customer told you that really stuck with you?
3/ Go spicier.
The health benefits space is packed with controversy, and most of it gets ignored on LinkedIn. You're in a great position to say what others won’t and call out what’s broken. Talk about what brokers and employers get wrong, and share takes on policy and personalization that challenge the old playbook.
More questions to post on:
What myth in your industry needs to be debunked?
What’s a trend everyone is chasing that you think is nonsense?
What’s one question your competitors are too scared to answer?
CTA:
The goal is a profile where:
a) Your story builds connection
b) Your experience builds credibility
c) Your takes build attention and opportunity
______
No pressure at all, but I’d be more pumped than Arnold to help you run with this one.
