Your daily LinkedIn post idea, by The Content Lab

Question: N/A

Below is a rough example of what a post could look like for this prompt. Feel free to edit it to reflect your own experience.

Post Template:

Hook:

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve had the privilege of consulting for a few VIP clients we’ve been in touch with for a while.

Tease:

We aren’t quite at the point where we want to publicize or make this offer available, but what it essentially entails is a 24/7 open Slack channel for their team to shoot questions, have us edit or review posts, and just have close proximity to our brains.

Here are some of the top takeaways I think would be helpful for anyone looking for LinkedIn pointers - extracted directly from our consulting channel:

Value:

(1) Don’t repost more than 2x a week.

The insight here is that an overload of reposts can come off spammy. Treat them like standalone posts. They’re sacred. Guard them.

(2) Commenting is a cheat code.

An insightful comment under a high-performing post can generate thousands of impressions, easily. The comment will ride as the post takes off. Treat every comment like a post.

(3) When possible, always tie insights / thought leadership to personal experiences. Personal stories are the golden card, here on LinkedIn.

To make them tangible, try tying in some point of relevance to how it relates to what you do today.

(4) NO AI GENERATED IMAGES. Always opt for real images from your camera roll.

(This point is quite self-explanatory)
